Snugpak's Softie sleeping bags are made in the UK. The Softie 6 is one of Snugpak's incredibly lightweight micro-size packs at just 18 x 19 cm when fully compressed, making it the ultimate easy carrier.
One step up from the Merlin, the Kestral has the cold spots eliminated by using offset quilting, which means that the inner is overlapped where the stitching goes through. Slightly heavier than the Merlin at 1200g and rated comfort 0deg and low -5.
